Returns and Refunds

Returns:
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to their nature some products are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. To include, but are not limited to:

Coils (handmade coils) or Coil Heads of any kind.
Drip Tips and Top Caps (chuffs).
RDA's, RDTA's and RTA's of any kind.
All Wicking Material (cotton, mesh, cable strands, etc.).
All AOI (all in one) and POD systems.
All Cartridges filled or unfilled associated with AOI and POD systems.
All Batteries to include pen style batteries.
All Electronic and Mechanical Mods with a retail value of $150 or more.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive, examine, and test your return, we will notify you on the status of your return within 24-48 hours. For faster processing, please make sure to write "ATTN:" along with either your Return ID/RMA # or your Order # on the return shipping label.


Product Exchange:
All Rebuildable Atomizers and Mechanical MODs / APVs (over $150) have no warranty or returns due to the nature of these items. Rebuildable Atomizers and Mechanical MODs have no electronic parts, meaning they cannot break or fail.

All Atomizers, Cartomizers, Clearomizers and Heads (Atomizer & Clearomizer Heads) are considered as a "consumable part" and are guaranteed to not be received as DOA (Dead on Arrival) ONLY! Also, all Clearance Priced products will have a DOA Warranty only.

All DOA (dead on arrival) return requests MUST be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please note that our "Product Exchange Policy" does not guarantee compatibility of our products/brands, such as threading issues, with different products/brands purchased from another company/website.

This 'Product Exchange Policy' does NOT guarantee or replace any products with damage caused by normal/heavy wear and tear, modification of our products, improper setup, use of products bought outside our store/website which causes damage to our product/s, or unintentional/intentional misuse or abuse of our products such as cross-threading. In addition, cosmetic issues such as minor scratches or blemishes are not covered by our "Product Exchange Policy".

IMPORTANT NOTE: Some products may have a warranty / serial number sticker. Please do NOT remove this sticker. If removed, your warranty will be voided. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Customer assumes responsibility and all costs in shipping items back to us for warranty exchanges and we will assume the cost in shipping the replacement/s.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):
Some products will only qualify for a partial refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the action taken.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@coilwerx.com.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or DOA. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@coilwerx.com and send your item to: Coilwerx, 3947 Dunn Rd. Eastover NC 28312, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
