Shipping Policy

There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders no matter the shipping method selected. However, we will work to get your order shipped out as soon as possible.

Orders received after 2pm on Friday Eastern Standard Time and on weekends and holidays will not be processed until the following business day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

PLEASE NOTE: PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-Order items will not ship until our shipment arrives. Any items ordered with this product will not ship until we receive our shipment. If you need any items immediately, please place a separate order for non Pre-order items.

Once your order is processed please allow up to 24 hours to be received by the postal carrier you selected.

You will be notified once your order is processed and received by the postal carrier. From that point your package can be tracked.

Shipping rates are based on total weight and dimensions of your entire order.

For your protection and security, Any order with a subtotal of $150.00 or more WILL REQUIRE signature confirmation to the confirmed billing address.

Express Mail orders are GUARANTEED (once received) by the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE to arrive within one (1) business day to 'MOST' U.S. locations or your money back (shipping cost reimbursed by the USPS). In addition, Signature Confirmation is REQUIRED for all Express Mail orders.

PLEASE NOTE
Shipping is a separate service provided by the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.), Fed-EX and UPS. We are not responsible for any shipment showing delivered but are claimed to be not received by you.

Furthermore, we cannot be held liable for any damages or lost items due to shipping errors which are beyond our control.

If your order is returned to us for reasons beyond our control, we will refund your credit card minus any shipping costs paid since we will not be refunded for the original shipping cost.

The U.S. Postal Service and UPS delivers packages Monday through Saturday. This should be taken into consideration when estimating delivery dates. Tracking will be available through the USPS website. Expedited Shipping time frames provided by USPS are not guaranteed by CoilWerx and may take up to 2 to 5 days in transit once processed and shipped. Fed-Ex delivers packages Monday through Friday only.
